The Process — From Paper to Electronic Document
The Proof of Concept
Because we know that it is always a strategic decision to “test drive” a product or service prior to determining if it is the best solution docuScan of Wisconsin offers you the opportunity to learn about our back-file conversion services with a Proof of Concept.
This Proof of Concept provides a no risk, no obligation, opportunity for you to view the finished product and know up front, prior to making any commitment, all pricing, delivery, and implementation options.
The Proof of Concept involves reviewing your current records management practices, and then converting a representative sampling of hardcopy files into electronic images. The images are then returned to you at no charge and with no obligation. This process provides an opportunity for you to see firsthand the final product, and how it will benefit your company’s records management needs. The Proof of Concept also is used to determine what the per image cost to you will be to begin the conversion process.
As part of the Proof of Concept, docuScan creates a partnership with you to gain a complete understanding of the needs, challenges, and goals of your unique records management situation. Only by working together with you, will docuScan be able to recommend and implement a solution that will effortlessly integrate with your existing processes, procedures, and standards.
There is absolutely no obligation in accepting a Proof of Concept meeting. It’s our way of introducing you to us, and to the benefits that document imaging and records management will bring to your business.
